    Compensation: $40,000 to $45,000


    Skilled Pt with Homecare and or/Rehab experience to provide quality service to patients in rehab setting prior to continued care in the patient''s home. Seeking energetic self starter. Should be prepared for electronic documentation. On site and on going training a priority

    Requirements:

    1. At least 3 years experience working as a : Full time Physical Therapist
    2. have previous Home Care experience
    3. have previous rehab experience
    4. have a perfect driving record
    5. Convenient to work in Waltham, Massachusetts, USA
