    Position: Production Supervisor

    Location: Long Beach, California, United States
    Compensation: $50,000 to $55,000


    Manage up to 20 hourly workers and be responsible for staffing, performance reviews and disciplinary actions. Coordinate work of team leaders. Implement Lean manufacturing techniques. Resolve work problems. Enforce safety and environmental regulations. Manage department production.

    Requirements:

    1. At least 3 year experience working as a : Production Supervisor
    2. Bachelors Degree
    3. Familiar for OSHA and other relevant safety and environmental regulations
    4. Computer literate
    5. Bi-lingual (Spanish and English)
