Full-time Registered Nurse - Acute Care


Location : Geraldton, Ontario, Canada

Job Hours : regular

Salary : $58,000 to $84,000

Nursing Department has immediate opening for the following position: 1 Regular Full-time RN – Acute Care.

This position is under the ONA collective agreement.

Qualifications:

1. Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario
2 Recent work experience in an Acute Care environment
3 Current certificate in ACLS, and PALS
4 Experience in Obstetrical, Emergency and gerontological nursing is an asset
5 A team player
6 Independent and requires minimum supervision
7 Excellent interpersonal and public relations skills
8 Ability to work rotating shifts
9 Must be physically able to perform the essential duties of the position
10 Ability to communicate in both official languages is an asset
11 Good attendance record is mandatory
12 RNAO membership is an asset

This is a full-time position. The position is directly responsible to the Nurse Manager of Nursing Services.
