JOB DESCRIPTION
Position :- Senior Manager – Financial Research Analyst
Skills :
1. CA/CFA(COMPLETE) with MBA minimum 5yrs experience in Research, investment, analysis, equity.
2. Been a part of M&A transactions as a Principal or Advisor. Extensive quantitative and qualitative research in Market Valuations, Peer Grouping, Multipliers, Financial Modeling Preparation of Booklets, Collection and Analysis of Data, Financial Templating, Q&A process is essential.
3. Lead, Manage, Document & Monitor R&A services (described above). SPOC for meeting the assigned client/s service levels /goals/ objectives.
4. Plan, coordinate, and manage activities of the client R&A including process migration in order to achieve a high level of quantitative and qualitative research using paid databases and internal research.
5. Develop internal application/systems to track and report daily KPIs to management. Reports to Operations Director.
