    Position Scope:

    · Maximize the long-term total return of energy solutions for performance contracting sales though monthly price negotiations, term contract negotiations, exploiting market opportunities, and effective development of customer relationships.
    · Work as part of the governmental /commercial sales team, operational teams, legal and finance managers to identify energy efficiency opportunities.
    · Support the achievement of deal margin targets for assigned government and commercial customers or territories.
    · Leads Customer Inquiry-to-Order efforts, implements account strategies and new sales opportunities for service offerings in National Energy Markets. Requires:
    · Minimum of six years of related commercial or governmental work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
    · Technical and financial expertise to effectively and independently qualify and sell energy solutions and service product lines.
    · A proven relationship-builder with CEO and/or Sr. Management levels Demonstrated.
    · Technical consultative sales. Practical knowledge of state and federal energy regulations.
    · Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, ability to liaise with colleagues and customers at all levels.
    · Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business or a similar field. Remote location/home office…competitive pay & benefits
