Delivery Services Manager
Responsibilities will include:
· Managing Enterprise Applications (SAP/ERP) and IT Infrastructure support delivery teams Team building and management
· Delivery quality and process improvements Offering definition and market positioning Pre-sales support
The key requirements are:
· Over 15 years of experience in delivering and managing Enterprise Applications, Infrastructure support and managed services engagements
· Deep understanding of managed services processes and engagement details: L1-L3 support of ERP applications like SAP, 24X7X365 support
· Infrastructure support (Network, Servers, Devices) Understanding of ITIL processes (ITIL certification preferred)
· Should have managed delivery teams of 100 people or more
· Masters' degree in IT Excellent communications skills are a must
