An IT Software company in India is looking for Chief Finance Officer
Requirements:
- CPA certification- Minimum 7 years of public accounting experience with a significant focus on US GAAP.
- Minimum 5 years working in multi-nationals or in the USA as a professional accountant.
- Bachelors in finance.
- Exceptional command of the English language.
Responsibilities:
- Foster close working relationships with the VPs of Finance in the respective countries.
- Objectively review current processes to identify opportunities to streamline and focus current efforts to better meet stakeholders’ needs.
- Lead the monthly executive reporting process.
- Lead the monthly Business Unit reporting and analysis process.
- Lead all India based financial operational activities.
- Provide expert guidance on US GAAP to the Noida accounting team.
- Participate in the ERM (enterprise risk management) and SOX implementation processes in India.
- Provide leadership to the Indian finance organization.
- Support the India country head as a country CFO.Skills:
- MBA or masters in finance
- US based graduate or post graduate education
- US based work experience.
