High end Transition role for Assistant Vice President Location: Mumbai, India.
Key Responsibilities:
The role would involve relationship management, business development & transition responsibilities. The position would require the person to frequently travel to different offices around the world & work with regional stakeholders across divisions to understand the objectives & priorities & help them scope out the work that can be off-shored to the India office. Once the work is identified, the person will be responsible for managing the transition of the same to the India office. This position will serve as a single point of contact for the assigned different companies region (Europe / Asia Pac / US) with regards to off shoring work to India across all divisions (Operations / Finance / Risk / Technology etc.).
The person should be comfortable with travelling for extended periods to Europe, Asia Pac & US.
Experience - 5 to 8 years Qualifications - Preferably MBA from a premium school Skills - Prior experience in Transitions & Relationship Management preferably in the securities / financial services industry
