Compensation: $120,000 to $130,000
- Manage engineering team of up to 10 professionals.
- Manage product design cradle to grave.
- Customer Interface a must.
- Manage all engineering change activity.
- Teach, Lead and motivate people.
- Must be able to manage multiple projects.
- Must have experience with Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Solid automotive engineering experience with HVAC.
- BS required in engineering, Graduate degree preferred.
- Knowledge of Labview, Campbell, and STI helpful.
- Excellent computer skills including MS Office products and MS Project
- HVAC/PTC testing experience with wind tunnel, system/component calorimeter, and air flow.
