Warranty Administrator

Relevant Work Experience: 1+ to 2 Years
Education Level: High School or equivalent
Career Level: Experienced Or Relevent Experience
Duties of the Warranty Administrator may include:
* Warranty processing for CAT, Cummins Detroit and Heavy Duty vehicles.
* Process customer service requests from start to finish. Gather customer information including description of service problem and enter into computer recording system.
* Field customer inquires regarding the status of their vehicle repairs, estimated costs and completion dates.
* Enter all parts and service updates into computer recording system
* Assign technicians work orders based on customer needs and technician experience.
* Assist with warranty processing
* Enhances maintenance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishment.
