ALL US LOCATIONS:
A placement services for Intellectual Property (IP) attorneys is looking for Applicants for IP Lawyers for California, USA and all US States. Partner or Associate level.
Requirement:
1. Associate should have minimum 3 years experience and superior GPA averages, preferable with some level of honors
2. Partners: Needs some degree of portable business
3. Candidate with substantial experience litigating Hatch-Waxman or ANDA cases (Pharmaceuticals) is also a plus.
4. Candidate with EE degree is also a plus
Primary Job Function:
• Intellectual Property (IP) works. Work with Patents, and copyrights issues. There are two primaries. 1 who prosecute patents and those litigate conflicts between parties.
